Yes, we offer the option for you to travel alongside your pet, eliminating the need for separate commercial travel arrangements. This not only streamlines your travel planning but also ensures a stress freeexperience for both of you.
If you can't accompany your dog during the journey but still want them to travel in the cabin, they can join us through our chaperone service. With this service, your dog will be accompanied by us, ensuring a safe and stress-free travel experience.
We prioritise your furry friend's comfort and well-being throughout the trip. Chaperoned dogs enjoy the same in-cabin travel experience as if they were with you, providing peace of mind for both you and your dog.
Chaperone Service Criteria:
Yes, Brachycephalic breeds are permitted to fly with us (Dogs and Cats).
Just like our canine friends, we absolutely adore having cats on board our flights. We extend a warm welcome to all cat owners as well. To ensure a safe and pleasant journey for everyone, we kindly ask that cats remain comfortably nestled in their carriers throughout the flight .
A toilet area will be setup on board for dogs to toilet whilst in flight.
Toilet pads will also be provided in the event that your pet toilets whilst in their allocated area.
It is recommended that pets are not fed within 4-6 hours of flying to prevent travel sickness and the requirement to toilet. Water and light snacks will be provided to your pets throughout their journey.
The cost of tickets varies based on the chosen flight routes and ticket option. To view the prices, navigate to the "where we fly" section in the website menu and select the desired flight. Ticket options and their respective costs will be shown there. Please be aware that flight prices are listed in either USD (for long-haul flights) or AUD (for shorter flights between Australia and New Zealand). Make sure to review the currency specified, as you might need to perform a currency exchange calculation to determine the price in your preferred currency.
Every pet follows the standard procedure by securing the initial Post Entry Quarantine (PEQ) booking and the subsequent date given by the Department. Once we have all pets booked and confirmed on our flight, we collectively shift the PEQ bookings for each pet to match the incoming flight date or the next available date given by the facility based on their availability to accept the group. This guarantees that all pets secure the same arrival date into PEQ.
To avoid import complications whilst transitting through countries to/from Australia and New Zealand, ALL pets must stay on board during any fuel stops. Refuelling at each stop will take approximately 45-60 minutes.
We offer assistance in preparing your pets for import into Australia. Our pet import package includes a Vet Schedule Guide and Itinerary, RNATT declaration, import permit, and the initial Post Entry Quarantine (PEQ) booking. To view this package and purchase, navigate to the "import" section in the website menu to find out more.
Our pet charter flights are demand based. If you're unable to find the travel route or date that you're looking for, please fill out the form with your preferred options, by selecting the register interest in the website menu. It's best to keep your location and date range flexible since our flights are based on demand. We will monitor the requests and schedule flights once there is enough interest in the route.
