If you can't accompany your dog during the journey but still want them to travel in the cabin, they can join us through our chaperone service. With this service, your dog will be accompanied by us.

Chaperoned dogs enjoy the same in-cabin travel experience as if they were with you, providing peace of mind for both you and your dog.

Chaperone Service Criteria:

• Dogs weighing up to 25kg only
• Cats are not accepted on our chaperone service; they must travel with their carers
• Each of our chaperone's are responsible for 2 dogs onboard, limiting the acceptance of larger dogs for manageability purposes and as such dogs weighing over 25kg must travel with their carer on a passenger and pet ticket. 
• Please note that while your dog may meet the weight requirements, the provided crate size may not be suitable based on their overall dimensions - see below.

2 PP60 CRATES

• Up to 4 Pets (up to <14kg each) - 2 pets sharing each crate
  OR
• Up to 2 Pets (up to <35kg each) - 1 pet in each crate

1 PP70 CRATE

• 1 Pet (up to <65kg) 

 PP50 (up to 25kg)

Please note that while your pet may meet the weight requirements, the provided crate size may not be suitable based on their overall dimensions.

Each pet must have enough space to stand, sit erect, lie in a natural position, and turn around comfortably while standing.

A maximum of two pets up to 14 kg each, that are compatible in size and used to cohabiting, may travel in the same crate. Pets over 14kg must be crated individually. Please note, due to the weight limit of the PP50 crate, only pets up to 12.5kg each can share.  

Pets sharing must be of the same species, such as both dogs or both cats.
